*Note: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Carriers & Estimated Delivery Times

We partner with reliable global and domestic shipping carriers—including USPS, Cainiao, and other premium international networks—to ensure your package arrives safely.

3. Important Shipping Notes

  • Partial Shipments: For orders containing multiple items, we may split your order into separate packages to expedite shipping. Each package will be assigned its own unique tracking number at no extra cost to you.
  • Holiday Delays: During peak holiday seasons (such as Halloween, Black Friday, and Christmas), shipping carriers experience extreme volumes. Please allow for potential delays of 3-5 business days beyond our standard delivery windows.
  • Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing correct and complete shipping addresses. We are not liable for orders delivered to the wrong address due to inaccurate information provided at checkout.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

Our store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (including tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.). Please check with your local customs office for detailed regulations.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed accurately at checkout. Costs are determined based on the total weight of your package, dimensions, and the final shipping destination.

7. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

What to do if an issue occurs:
